19:35 - hard spam in chat
and like since 20 min he went afk till like 27min; (found this time by chat reading; maybe +-5 mins but its 100% at least 20-27mins, so more than 5 mins).

5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation.
 IT wasnt even afk, it was totally retarded refusing to play.
AFter this (when we pwned enemies anyway) he returned in game for some moments but kept suck;
We won it but cmon, we have not to see players like he in ladder ;/
