Anyone using Jotel internet in Serbia? Any feedback? I am using one and it's totally unstable,like the speed goes up and down constantly...It affects Dota games and the packet is 6/0.5, although SpeedTEst says 4/0.35...

well, speed is not a problem ad I used yo play DotA on oldschool ADSL running awrsome speed 256kbps w/o any problems... problem is, u loosing connection somehow (poor signal, etc...) also improper DNS server may cause this.

If u have wifi at home, also check, if channel u use is not same (or close to) with other wifi network used there.
