Well lion can and should rape. With scapter it deals 1k pure dmg within 20 sec which will make him something more than support. If we talk not about only mid game or not about 1 vs 1 this is great joice in the whole game.

Dodge stun you say, I will ask why rushing for kills. Farm lvl 11, farm dagger and move on up and down line. nothing gives bigger adventage than having 2 stun hero in team istant blinking at you. 2 stuns by support hero is alot.
