What about Lion ? Sky has bigger range to nuke than Lion has to stun, and Lion hex is weak early, Lion has absolute shit hp also, he is very easy food to sky.

And how exactly do you plan on getting level 6 ? You will die before you reach level 3 if you attempt to get in xp range. Perma nuke spam of sky, with his lvl 1 nuke, does around 1000 dmg with his starting mana pool and passive regen while his nuke is on cooldown, if he got some int starting items. If he also has some clarities, you are better off going woods with Lion than trying to stay in lane vs sky.
