Read again. BKB blocks vast majority of non-ults, Lvl? death included. Linken can block what remains. Then of course you can get refresher on Doom bringer, and shit on that. Then, you can get orchid and silence Doom before he does everything. Then, he can have BKB as as well and block it. But you can have abyssal blade, or Rexxar, or Silencer. Or whatever.

There's always some way around.

ok let's take an example like this:

you are weaver farming on solo lane (you have linken), doom comes to gank you, there are 2 possibilities that could happen there:

1) Stupid version: He will directly cast his ulti on you (which will obviously be blocked)

2) "Smart" version: He will cast lvl and then try to ulti you


In the both versions doom will fail to gank weaver unless weaver is dumb. The animation of Lvl skill is about 0.5-1.0 sec if I'm not wrong, for that period you have more than enough time to run with your shukuchi.

If doom comes alone to gank ure right but generally i wont go gank weaver with only one hero he is hard to kill u know .It depends on game get whatever u want but with linken u waste a bit money for intelligence stats and mana reg.

Linken doesn't suck. I just said it won't help you not get doomed.

Well no doubt linken is core weaver item.
One item will never protects you from gank if you wont use your brain.
If you have smart wardign team u wont be suprised u died from lucifer.
If you have smart supports lucifer will run from you.

I will never understand people making radiance on weaver...
I rather make MKB instead of radi...

Because there is synergy with weaver and radiance.U use shukuchi to its last second which will let u another shukuchi earlier(otherwise ure more vulnurable) at the same time it burns damage and pays it off.Also farming is easier with it to get ur higher items like heart.It works like battlefury but a bit slower version imo.

The problem with MKB is that True Strike doesn't work too well with Geminate Attack in wc3 DotA.

Simple , cause radiance is ~3 times better item than mkb on weaver, many reasons.

AOE dps of radiance with shukuci+1st spell(forgot name ) is just raping everyone around, not just one target like MKB. Plus, mkb cancels your 3rd spell when true strike is on, they kinda don't work together as they should. 

So basically, main reason is --- AOE rape is better than single target rape. Weaver is one of strongest radiance-holders, due to his ability to stay in middle of fights for a long time.

It is like, would you make radiance for spectra, or basher/sange yasha ? Rape all or rape one by one? Your choice
