High ping on LA

I'm opening this for hareluyaboy, he asked me for help via PM.

I have encountered huge lag / spike on LA bot since 17:00 server time yesterday (13.1), and the problem is still there until now. I tried to reinstall gproxy and problem still exist. I did test on few other bots / other platform and my ping is working fine. And i did call to my network provider and they confirmed nothing is wrong from their side. Can you please help me out ?

1. I did test on other bots in Eurobattle.net and my ping is working fine. No lag / no spike at all.
2. I did try playing on other platform (RGC) and my ping is working fine.
3. I called to network provide and they confirmed everything is working fine.
4. Only problem is when i connect to LA bot, my ping is always > 100 and i got spike every 3sec. Usually my ping is around 20-30 and never spike.

I am connecting to T-com network provider in Slovakia.

Do you think that someone is hacking me so i will always get lag and can't play with LA bot ? I did a maphack report on these people recently, not sure if they want to revenge or something. Maphack report is as below.

I'm not sure for hacked. But, u can have problem from s/p ports.

My ping was getting back to normal midnight yesterday. But the problem is happening again now.

1-) I had same problem. I found virüs in my w3 battle.net file. And I cleared then fixed. U can try search with your virus programme.

2-) s/p mean = seri/paralele port. U can try to check your port number.

Are you admin from "Tech Support" ? Can you help me out ? My ping was very high and big spike when i join LA bot since 17:00 server time yesterday (13.1). Ping was >100ms and spiking every 3sec. My ping always stay between 20-30ms and no spike at all until yesterday. I don't know why.

It's very strange situation for me because i only have lag with LA bot. I never encountered such a problem since i played with pd.eu / LA bot. Do you think someone hacked me and made me unplayable on LA bot ? Because recently i just made a manhack request report and the admin perma ban 1 of the player. The link is as below.

i have same problem like hareluyaboy , everything was ok, but last 3 days it lags ...non stop spikes

this is probably problem by provider. best option is to ask them for help

He asked them and they told him everything is ok.

5 days ago, ing-lamma told me he has similar problem. He said he is having higher ping (60 ms +) than usually (20 ms) since new year. He also asked his provider, they told him they didn't change anything and everything seems to be ok.
ing-lamma's friend with other provider is having same problem and sadly, I'm not excuse.
I used to have 20 ms, now I almost always have 60 or bit more.

check your ping here http://www.speedtest.net/ and if is same with the ping in game is internet provider problem

Few days ago I played 2 games. First one was ok but in second one I had ping 400, all game long.
Also forum was loading slowly but all other sites were ok. I tested ping in cmd, on LA I had 400 ms, on other sites it was like 15 ms. Result from speedtest was the same.

Now I'm in lobby with ping 59 ms, result from pingtest.net is 10 ms.

Yes, i am from Slovakia and i am using internet provider called T-com. I called them yesterday and asked them to check if everything is OK from their side and their reply was yes, everything is OK.

Speedtest and pingtest website shown my ping is OK and stable. Only problem is i am having lag playing with LA bot and loading LA forum page.

Or maybe say all what u told us to the providers operator. They will try to help, and they may know whats the nature or ur problem. Its their job to help u and hope u will get a decent operator not some random noob

I must tell you the truth about this problem. your operator knows everything about that problem and he/they don't give a f**k for that and for you. they want only money, so only option there is to be spamer and boring to them, and after they see you don't give up, perhaps they will fix your problem.

The truth is they are ordinary ppl like we. They sit on their buts and answer calls. He will talk u about that or with some1 else about some other problem. They work 8 hours and its no matter to them what they talks about. Think about that.
