I am so sorry for double posting and I can help you how to solve that problem and help and other peroples. :)
i tried everything u said it didnt worked and than i typed /join clan IDEA .map Dota v6.77 and than i downloaded the map from there :) I am sorry for posting (Double) with this post I just tried to help you.

Those are reason why you get KICKED from lobby , i dont know anything else.

But copy paste gproxy log after you get kicked , we can check if gproxy is the problem or exclude him for being problem.
