!votekick Command abuse

You could add explanation to the rule:
1.
It is only punishable if !votekick is successful! (allowed but punishable only if successful... )


To quote "lucky..strike":

!Denied > That rule (about votekick abuse) is just applied when some1 IS kicked from the game ...Not if some1 only started a votekick ...Since u weren't kicked , no psr lost from that , no game ruin from that ....

We do not ban for flame whispers report at eurobattle.net

Flame also !Denied > FOR THE 5-TH TIME , WE DON'T ISSUE BANS FOR FLAMES VIA WHISPER....go post a ban req on eurobattle.net for that ....

Yeah , nice thinking . Since not many people know that !votekick has limites now , adding ^^ would improve
this new rule .
In a game sb wanted to kick me cause he died and he started crying that i was my fault etc .
He started votekick and almost went 7/ 8 . When i said that he can be banned for !votekick abuse , he canceled it . But since i didn't loose psr and the game , he shouldn't get banned ( i didn't report it thought ) .

It would be nice to create a pool to implement or not this new idea .

And for flames via whisper ....I think i told u like 123124234 times that we DON'T issue bans for those kind of flames ...Xpam does ...

Well now is better , glad it's edited . But it should have been added in more simply words , so people don't get confused .

@Drunkenerer :  lucky..strike is right , only Eurobattle.net a.k.a xpam can ban people who flame via /w .
