He would be banned if he started flamming and cursing them , but kicking them out of game has nothing to do with it. Also they kick Eu nations from their games so i dont see reason to ban them.

well I studied ethics for 4 years in university.. And when u choose people based on their nationality u become racist.. for example I have a company and I dont allow serbians or blacks into my company.. Government can close my company in many EU nations cause of racism.
