About Ban request and lie!

I wonder can i lie to get some one banned? Like can i  say he left after 15 mins eventho he did not, or can i say he was rude but in reality i was the rude one and when host muted me can i also say, he was so rude that he muted me and start swaering me? Are these possible? Or if i do that could i get some kind of punishment?

You cant lie...cause the replay is automaticly saved and everyone can watch him...and the game is in the loader so moderators can see the chat log

A guy named morzinger did lie and fool moderators when i said that to them they just dont give a fcuk. He harress nearly all the ppl and i thuoght farming for score was not allowed. But they try to do that anyway. So i leave after 2 of our sides destroyed and because they were try to farm sd and camping on our fountaİN. aND İ GET BAN. Its just moronic. Moderators dont give a fuck about any facts. I think leaving 1 game should not punished with ban immediatly. There should be leaving ratio too when some1 type !sd. And host should decide who can enter his game not auto bans or auto bots. Host could check the leaving ratio and kick him / not kick him in the lobby. Yea yea i should type that in disccussion forum but rly no1 gives a fuck.
