CM frozing fountain should be banned?

I would like to ask if CM using etheral form and freezing fountain should be banned or not IN THE FUTURE, cause its gg for the other team, and you can't leave game, so they keep killing you for just stats.  It was a very annoying situation.

Y i'm noob, Y it was a noob game, Y my team was fail, Y i did ff.  SO no stupid replays plz.
I just ask if some ingame rules should be done for the future, cause this situation you can be about 15 min watching how you get killed and killed.

i was thinking of smth... guys support my idea too now
here it goes: WE should ban people who uses cm to freeze fountain, we should ban people who goes roshan with ursa on 6 lvl, cuz then it makes game unbalanced,
we should ban people who farms in woods, again no balance
we should ban people who carry tp all the time cuz we cant gank them
we should ban people who support their carries, cuz its fking game, not a goddamn war !!


WE should ban everything ! support my idea pls.

I did ff and i joined a noob game cause i'm not skilled and i'm new at the game.

What i Try to consider here is that maybe some ingame rules should be done.

It's a 5v5 game.  If your team is bad and in somepoint of the game your fountain is frozen, and your team is not enough inteligent to ff, you must stay 15 min in game watching how you get killed once and once and once?

If that happened to you I think you will get annoyed.

  ???LOL yeah humor section...If you have a problem with dota go complain on icefrog@gmail.com because they are game creators..You just cant use hacks in game but you can use tricks because whats dota without that?

I understand u completely bro, once, in FUCKING PRO game 1900 psr + my teammates was clan of monkeys, i didnt even know wtf they was doing, and in fucking 30min enemy destroyed our fountain...
i was like What the fucking fuck is going on lol...
i rage so much, my friends was on skype (wasnt playin with me) and they recorded me, i was on youtube ..

Trust me, u never seen, neither heard rage like that...
so i tell u, i know that feeling, they all had 1800-1900 psr, but couldnt fucking ff, enemies was raping us... fucking unbalanced ursa omni  + cm combo, goddamn epic...
So, i learned smth from that... if i see they will destroy fountain, i simply buy qb ++++ bilion tangos, go to woods on top, cut the goddamn trees, hide in there, go to buy beer in store (im fast walker xD) get back, smoke, drink, watch, and fkin laugh ...

Epic scenes, too bad those happend 3-4-5 months ago (dnt remember) and i cant send u replays from that... :P

(Btw, dont ask for youtube, i reported them, they had to delete video XD ) :D

I never lost fountain but in cases like enemy destroys last twr on 1 lane (they don't destroy barracks or if they do, nvm), they camp around the fountain with pudge (hooks you just when you respawn), venge, forcestaff etc, I usually somehow escape from base and I farm in enemy's woods. Your allys are keep dying, you are ok, enemy won't look for 1 hero if they can easily keep pwning 4 others...
