warcraft patched! but i cant install eurobattle

well this just baffles the mind.. some reason i started up thewarcraft patch file to read the error message for ideas to get ideas for a solution.. and it spontatneously worked...anyways.  i need a new installation of the eurobattle.net loader but i cant actually install?

can someone provide me the file::
euroloader.exe

either here or in some fileserver
so i can offically connect to the game?
seriously i cant install and dont look at me like a lazy person or a fail hacker. these computers are seriously locked down good!

try to reinstall warcraft or something like that i had that problems but when i reinstall a game everything works

You should reinstall warcraft. Dont mess with files.

tools section --> wc3 1.26 patch (manually) - patch with copying files - use wc3 reg fixer - reinstall euroloader
