He refused to play at near end, literally 4-5 minutes before end, so I can not take that as an option to ban. Game was already over. But, watching the screenshoot, he did not used /dnd command before you wrote him, he did it right after you warned him he could be banned. The problem is he did /dnd fuck you mom, which could be treatend as a family flame, not directly, but it was obvious it was instruced to you.
Easy circumstance to camelwhite is he did "flamed" you only once, and its his second report for flaming. If he got his account clean, without banning for flaming, I would definetly deni your request.
Any how,
