I can't play

Hello, so i started using eurobattle like 4 days ago, so i made a account cause i wanted to start playing Dota again (im more used to League of Legends).... so when i try to enter one of ur games for some reason when i do the spoof check i get insta kick... and if i dont after some while i get kick too... idk why? my id in game is "darkingle"
