2: Who banned you?
I am not sure who has banned me, I cannot find a ban request and thus I am not banned from the server, instead whenever I try to access lagabuse.com using /join lagabuse.com I am automatically redirected to The Void and it says I am banned from there, I can still play games tho.
3: Why did you got banned?
I kicked a guy named -Revolution. or something like that and then he told me he was a Mod. I kicked him cos what the fuck is he doing there with his 1705 rating where pretty much everyone was rated at 1550. His rating didn't really have the stats of a 1700 rated person so if I write !balance it wouldn't balance it correctly which is why I kicked him, and then he PM'd me saying he is a mod and he will prove it to me.
4: Reason that forced you to break the rule?
How is kicking someone that I think he doesn't have that rating count as breaking a rule ? I am allowed to kick anyone I want.
5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation.
I already explained everything, just look at the Why did you get banned section. And by the way, I was accused for having MH while I am pretty sure the new GProxy XPAM Edition Version 10 was updated and its pretty much impossible to use hacks right now, at least from what I heard from someone that announced that in the lobby.

I banned you from the channel because I didn't wanted you to host any games before I have the chance to check you. You didn't kicked me from the lobby because of PSR and you know it. I get kicked sometimes because I am noob but I join games meant for pros. I just asked you why you kicked me because I didn't got it, you have noob stats and you hosted a regular game, with !min 1500. You didn't replied, I was planning to join other game and I said you: "mby you are a mher or a game ruiner for kicking an admin".
After 1 min you said that I cannot be admin (moderator with admin status) and because I didn't have 1700 psr, I have in fact 1600 and it shows like that becaue of the new proxy, or at least this I understod for you. Since didn't made sense that you kicked me because I cheated my stats/psr I banned from channel to have time to check you before you host another game. Why? It was obvious for me that you had a reason to not play with an admin/moderator and your account looked new. I will unban you from the channel, you would be unbanned anyway.
I made myself clear? You understand why and you are agree that our conversation was as I said it was?

Let's make a summary, I don't want other members, staff's and regular, to have the impresion that I am abusing commands on channel.
You entered channel to create game so you saw my nickname with admin icon.
You hosted, I joined, you kicked me.
I whispered: "why"? > "mby you are mher or game ruiner"
You replied: "you are not admin and i kicked you because you have fucking rating 1600" or something like that
I replied: "i can prove that i am admin and i have 1704 psr"
you: "no, you have 1600 bla bla bla, looked you stats, you cannot have 1700 cuse bad stats" "gproxy 10 updated so tht's why" something like that
banned you when you started the game and I came on forum to check some of your games.
It seems that you unplugged and then lied in your request. It seems to me that you didn't wanted me in your game because you are a leaver. You didn't used max 1700 sau max 1600 sau kicked another player, just me because you saw I have admin icon.

Actually 70 games doesnt look like a new account to me and i replied with the new gproxy 10 shouoldnt allow mh and shit like that but i still kick tr and i kicked you cos of your psr, it says 1704 but ur stats didnt convince me it was 1704 so thats the reason i kicked u, the only mods i am aware so far are efko and i didnt even expect a mod to play with me, as for the thing with plugging, its ur choice if u think its plug or not but it has happened a lot of times to me except that most of the times it reconnects, if u think im a mher watch some of my games pls.

I will check, ofc I will and do not think I banned you from the channel or I will check you because is something personal. You didn't offended me, you said nothing wrong and I'm glad that you behaved like an adult and not like a kid as many others would done. From your whispers I understood that you don't want me in that game because I don't have that psr, is bugged because of new gproxy or I cheated it, so it didn't made sense. There are players that host games and then leaves if they die to fast or just losing, after that they log with another acc and keeps disabling teams by letting them 4 vs 5. I wanted to make sure that wasn't the case with you.
