Obvious MH and the player admitted it!!

So the players Atmala (Invoker) and Noobinaraspala both have MH! They destroyed our game completely and Atmala said this "32:06   ATMALA   [All]   spec

32:10   ATMALA   [All]   Dans"   when I was base and was moving in a circle to prevent dying from sunstrike. He used sunstrike in our base very very close to me even though I went completely random for a minute and they didn't have wards or something.
Please take action, players like these ruins our stats and games!!!

6:36 sunstrike on enigma who stood in woods whole time and kills him when he was low hp running to base.
Not even the best player on earth couldn't guess this and hit so precise with absolutely no vision or map awareness.
