why can admins join in games when they are banned and why are they allowed to unplug during game multipte times just to rmk and ruin games?...

Being able to join games while banned is advanted of being part of staff. Yet it doesn't allow us to break rules and ruin games, the rules affect staff members.

this actions of the admins is forcing regular players to leave/stop playing on this server... if you keep it this way you will lose your "salary"

Sometimes you just lost connection, your gproxy crashes or you simply have to leave the game due to some real life obligations.
In such a case we get banned but we can play.

There's a difference between loosing connection or leaving for some real reason and feeding or using map hack.

If you won't report the guy who you are talking about, nothing can be fixed.

for example, if GFX mod drops due sync, he doesnt need to ask for unban and wait few mins/hours (since he he cant unban himself, he has no power in moderation center (where ban&unbans are being given), like b&u mods do) so he can start playing right after he got "banned"
