Idk why there has to be talked and talked.
SurGeon flamed via forum Resor and as result of that all his acc's got banned, now he just come up with multys. I_like_dat account was banned by me, it's simple why : when sb flames (hard flame) ingame we make an ip search and ban his all other accounts, and this is same situation but with a little difference cuz it's about forum accounts.

He flame and now he comes with new nick saying hi ? pfff
My suggestion, if you planing to make new account again, next time keep it quiet and just don't show off.
