retards like chen are everywhere(including IHRL because thats why reports forums exists)  u cant always avoid them but in high level games(1850+,1900+,2000+) they are lesser but in low level games(1500+,1600+,1700+) u can see one of them almost everygame psr system fine if u ask me as I checked other players in that game(I only checked their items I didnt watched replay) only chen is idiot rest seemed fine normal people so u just got unlucky.Also u can host ur own games it takes a bit time sure worth it most of time

i found solution !! I coded it my self.

It's called "RETARD LIST" so when random idiot which you added on your list join games, program gives you voice signal "RETARD ALERT" "RETARD ALERT" "RETARD ALERT" and it will spam you so you need to kick him or leave the lobby.

all of my accounts has 1800-2100~ psr

and i cant find a game for myself  each time i want to play w3 dota i has to get new game cuz i either get kicked from games cuz my stats "too good"  or  i spend 2 hours in lobby trying to get 10 players with 2k psr


while in previous system even if i was in top 1 i could join "any" games and enjoy them  unlike now

i wrote that there should be privat banlist implemented in PD,
where u can add some1 u dont like,
and than i said it should be 4 guys who pay for that

then he changed gamename to 1900+ or something like that 20 min later he actualy started a game and that game ended in 20 mins cuz of retards

so yeah totally worth it to wait 70 minutes for 20 min game

guess what pd.eu already has this sort of " BLACK/ RETARD "  list if you didn't know and it's called PUB.everyone who plays pub  and excepts some imba good games is in this list.

you can't really except to get so much imba games in  pub  these days especially when  most " better" players moved to ihrl. look at this guy http://lagabuse.com/stats/player/1/config.exe i used to play with him but he is a total noob.
0 influence on almost every game he plays 0 influence. he only has 1900++ psr because the team does everything for him.

Try ihrl or find friends and play as stack..thats the only way you can be sure to play slightly better games

if u want to fill a game with 2k+ psr you have to add the ones you know are playing more often and just message them all at once to tell gn and they will come in no time and instant play:) nothing hard..
