Serious PD problem

Hello fellow members of PD.
There is a lot of problems about PD, maphackers, flamers, lags on bots, min latency 80 instead of 50.
But the biggest problem are NOOBS who thinks they are pro if they have 600 games on account yet 1700 psr.

I know system of PSR is not working well and if you keep playing 50%-50% win-lose you will slightly reach more and more PSR, its retarded system, I know. But we need to prevent retards to join this kind of games.
Score (!sd) is simple not enough, if you see him with low cs, he might support games, I saw people support in pubs, but some of they are just total retards that gain win cus someone solo wins game, he actually never wins by himself.

He fucking sucks and deserve to somehow don't join Normal game EVER again, simply cus he thinks he is pro and mid failed, he thinks his items are good , he has zero clue about dota.

But when he join in lobby, YOU CANT KNOW if he is stupid retard or just support player.

So my idea is to make BLACK LIST or i would call it RETARD LIST.
So you report this kind of game and moderators decide does he will be added on RETARD LIST and will not be able to join PD BOTS for normal RD 1800/1700 games.
Even if he has 1800 psr.


He will be only able to join EM games where he can do whatever he wants, forever.
I think quality of pub games will increase and noobs will play where they should be, in noob games.

Its 5:22 AM right now in my country and I am forced to play pub since I almost always play over night.
While all leagues are shut down, you have no choice but to have some fun in pubs.

guess what pd.eu already has this sort of " BLACK/ RETARD "  list if you didn't know and it's called PUB.everyone who plays pub  and excepts some imba good games is in this list.

you can't really except to get so much imba games in  pub  these days especially when  most " better" players moved to ihrl. look at this guy http://lagabuse.com/stats/player/1/config.exe i used to play with him but he is a total noob.
0 influence on almost every game he plays 0 influence. he only has 1900++ psr because the team does everything for him.

Try ihrl or find friends and play as stack..thats the only way you can be sure to play slightly better games

Guess what? I don't love PSR either but  this is not a probem you can solve by simply implementing another system. This is a matter of average player's mentality and maturity which is, to put it mildly, somewhere around kindergarden level. From what I see here on forum, it seems that IHRL isn't really that much of an exception. That's just typical for DotA, or to be more precise pretty much any pvp online game. Unless you take out any sort of stats which is... not really possible.

Your idea with blacklist is wrong. I also sometimes fail hard and sometimes it looks like I have no idea what I am doing. Should I be able to join low lvl EM games only? I don't think so. How do you except ppl will get better when playing these games?

I myself don't play support much in pubs, most of random ppl are just unsupportable, so I really doubt that there's any1 who play mostly support in pubs.

And 59 creep kill and 4.6 creep deny is low...
