If you want to make you bold in the "Users Online" spot
than follow this guide :

Note: Only you see yourself as bold

And it will look like this :

Howto :

First logout
Than go to your profile - and copy your id number, id number --> http://playdota.eu/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=19042
log in
than remove the number "19042" and add yours http://playdota.eu/forum/index.php?action=buddy;u=19042;a9df7fc43cf=afdafe21a3fc5d20aec956794e685978
open that link and you will be bold in the user online list

if you want to remove it do the same thing only with this number
