5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.
When game went bad for GoranBagatela he first tried to unplug his cable and to cause !votekick, but since we refused to kick him, after 2 tries he decided to get dropped, but you can see he said he is afk and that he will not play anymore.
After he was dropped his friend left as well so the game result was draw. Bu Svetaizvorac said about to play dota later that night, so they used another accounts to play together again. They did this before for sure and should not let them to do this in games. Lobby time almost 26 minutes and the game time 15 minutes so wasted 40 minutes for 8 players.
