Ok i feel like adding this:
1) NEVER TRUST NEW ACCOUNTS
2) Don't wanna sound racist but in my top 3 MHers countries there are: TRs, ROs, MKs. And this guy is MK.
3) Do they really get IP Ban? cause this guy obviously is retarded and keeps on trying and getting banned and trying again and again

5: Specify at least 1 exact situation where user broke MH rule, with every detail explained and replay time when he used it.   (replay time, not game time please)
