lol then forbid pulling. if player knows how to pull, his whole creep wave is gone and that's major advantage. those are tactics, I don't even see why discuss if it should be forbidden

Tactic is blocking/puling/deying.. one wave or two not the whole lane...its sort of bug cuz creeps was not blocked only they where freezed even when they had space to move....

and I dint post this to said its ilegalle or I whould report him .....

You can pull the all wave(s) easily,anyway it would be bug if the creeps didn't spawn(you can kill them at tower with 2 aoe spells and get gold easily).Btw why is it game ruin?Because they blocked some creeps?It shouldn't be forbidden on tours either since it's a Tactic and it can be countered if you do 2 spells or manually attack the wards(snakes) same as killing rosh on beginning.

Thats funny and ncie but no chance it happens in new dota versions. Creeps are samrt and going even trough longest way but never bug and stop.
