Hey all, I've discussed this with dolmel since he was too busy for keeping this going on. I've asked him if I can do it and he discussed it with admins and they said I could. So here is Signature of the week contest #9. This will all be the same, the winner Will get his signature in the hall of fame. So lets get started. The subject for SOTW #9 will be Movies. For this you can use several things like Movie stars, Characters or even action pictures. Just use your imagination and show us some nice art! Max size: 500x - 200x Style: There is no style for this, use the style you think that is best. And your are allowed to put your name in the signature. So, I found out about a ban which made me wonder yesterday.
He got perma banned for saying;
Vaikiss: [Vaikiss] voted to forfeit [5/5 Scourge]
Vaikiss: All Scourge players voted to forfeit the game, Sentinel won!
Vaikiss: Autoban is OFF, you can now leave or continue playing for fun
Ok ok, this isn't fun for some people but come on, since when did people stop using their brains...
If this deserves a ban, ok go ahead thats none of my concerns but a perma ban isn't that a bit too much?

I've have quite enough of this now..
I played a game and opposite team had a leaver, so the game was rmked.
After that we played another game with the same host.
Now we had a leaver in our team at minute 10, and now they didn't want remake.
These kind of thing totally ruin a whole game and also brings down my mood to keep on playing here..
Is there anything that can be done about it this?
Like increase the time limit for autoremake after a player gets out of the game,
or you could decrease the players that have to vote for rmk.
And isn't there a posibility to decrease the minute to !ff if these things happen?

Why do the DRAW games also count in games played? This way you cannot see accurate who played how many games.
Because I played 112 games according to the stats ladder.
But 23 of them were remakes, so basically I only played 89 games.
Am I the only one who doesn't like this or are there some more, and is there a way to remove the draws from the ''played'' games?

It was a short game, and I think its quite easy to Not join a game if you don't have enough time. And now it has been denied because he said he had to go... If the reason why he isn't banned is correct, the rules should be changed according to this: Lobby Rules
* Player must not spam;
* User must not flame;
* Player must not enter the game lobby, unless he has atleast 1 hour of free time;
* Game owner must not abuse commands; So I checked the game log: Lobby duration: 04:36
Game duration: 34:31 Means a total of 39:07, so that is Not an hour. Regards.

Yes, I wanted to talk about this guy. And im not the only one who thinks this so thats why I made this topic
Most of the players here know this guy, and he is solving alot of Maphack requests, sparing the time from admins. He takes away ALOT of work for the moderators.
So I wonder why this guy isnt a hacks/ b&u moderator yet?
He puts time in this to make this work, he is even more active than some of the moderators here. No offence.
But if he will be added to the team I think there will be Alot of requests solved.

If i saw you failed at something ,you did not did that part good . O really, I didn't notice that, clearly you don't need to tell me how it has to be done. Just saying Fail is enough I guess i said million times that you need LS on sigs and fonts position... you did not get it ,i cant help it. Million? did you? I did not get it, as you wish mister knows it all. I tried, and The only thing I get as reply after another try was: still fail I run this section and i did all you need to start making sigs and art , with tuts ,terms and even competition. Like I care who runs this section as long as it is done correctly. I am (was) the most active guy here, helping you to keep this alive, what did I get in return? Also i gave you icon at the end ,just not in time i though you deserve it ,and you got pissed (dolmel told me to lower requirments so i did ) but later you prove that you can have it. You just has to lower requirements for me, because everyone can see regarding to your posts, you don't like me Also this will also lock and if yuo want to complain ,be free to PM ek0 or Geistesblitz. We don't have to complain if you just act properly

Why don't we get to know the names of the guys who made the signatures?
Like last sotw, icy says raven won, but we only know which signature was from raven because he had most votes, but who made the other ones?

This is my second game I have this strange ''bug''
When the opposite team !ff we are able to leave the game right?
Now they did it so I left the game, but I didnt get stats.
Now I tested it with a friend, when opposite team did !ff he left and I destroyed throne.
After game I check SD and I did get points, but mate didnt because he left after they !ff'd.
How is this possible?

So, after 5 minutes the game wont be draw with leaver. Imo this is kinda lame, sometimes first blood is at that minute, and they rage quit. And other team wont remake because they will have win now and easy points. I really hate this, is there a posibility to change this, or are there any people who hate this aswell?

We are restarting it at the moment so everyone gets a chance to be on the top, current top places on ladder are decided more by how much you play and how much you farm and how much you kill and stack your team rather than how good you play also for new players it's impossible to cache old players in the ladder position.
New system will change that, you get to the top very quickly if you play very good, so there won't be need to restart the ladder every 2 months.
I have a question about this, because as it is now no matter if you play good it still depends on your team because you will never get + points if you lose but played very good? And I was also wondering about the icons. Will there be any icons for in channel that we can win? And for what do we get these, only being in top or also for top Kills, Denies, Creep kills etc. Last thing I wanted to ask is, will there be any special Playdota.eu tours when we have the new season?

I played this CM game today, and it was really a good game. Very nice battles and such. Till late game it wasn't decided who was gonna win, if someone has some free time, you should check the replay. Naix also made a rampage. It was really exciting to play in my opinion. We were just pubbers vs a stacked team (the scourge) and yet we managed to win while they played very well. I was wondering about what you got to do for a rank, and if you can still lose it and such.
Because in my opinion some people post 1-2 signatures to get Novice Rank, and they aren't active here after that. In my opinion this should change, to increase the interest for GFX. If someone has to work for a rank, there might be a few less, but those that are active and will stay active.
It's not that if someone isn't active for a month, delete the rank, but I mean if someone is still active at forums, but doesn't post new work, or ideas at all. I think they should be able to lose there rank.
But that's just what I am thinking, does anyone agree with this?
