The problem is that Pd.eu people arent familiar with the competitive scene and the roles of heroes. Their playstyles are based on getting good stats and the current stat system promotes it. People think heroes like CM, VS, and Tide all need to farm in order to carry.

good point here all ppl use every hero like carry, VS is great roaming ganker this is here strength, CM really dont need all those expensive stuff to be very useful if good team with roles she proves yourself, and so on.
Roles are forgotten beneath the all stat system here thats why tournament will look like "whos the biggest carry in game"
idea of tournaments is nice thou (+1) more competitive matches in -cm should improve this problem
and bring new dimension to PD.eu

Riki is weak hero,he maybe seems strong because noone is buying dusts/gem in pubs.

yy if some1 takes riki dust and gem or wards are obvious, or if some1 takes him I pick counter immediately like slardar - vision, lower armor and stuns or bounty for track and tracked riki survived only with luck or help, and at least blood but you need to lower rikis HP
but slardar is my best in many games we didnt even need dust/gem
in pro is so counterable in many ways and if you try this in pub with nice gangs and team play riki is only watching on his diseased body
summarized riki owns pub games cause counter picks and support stuff are so rare in them everybody want their own carry 
on the other hand nice cloud and diff in gang make a mess, so
UNDERLEVEL THAT BITCH

its not possible I think even if it takes more then 1 hour game is going to be faster and how time passes creeps waves grow and its more requirement to CPU cause too much calculations are going on for common system is unbearable by this time. 1 and half hour or 1:45 is possible and sometimes very long games take that time but not more. Creeps themselves can push pretty well very late game so if everybody was trying to stop them they finish game anyway
Or he played drunked and 1 hour game seemed to him like 3 ask him for replay and its clear

Genocide is nothing new,and tews dota video is kinda setup,well some scenes ,to make it more cool.
Beleive me each that kind of video has a bit of setup.

yy genocide and the others are pretty old. Btw check this http://www.playdota.com/videos there are most of dota videos and many of them are nice or omgwtf awsome and yy these videos are made very hard including work with AAE its very hard to make video graffic I myself work with it, cutting programs to set music right on time and many other addons like titles, and to record dota in right way you have to be good user of replayseeker and have a lOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOts of time and these videos are only the best shoots of a lot games thats why they look pretty cool so not a bit setup, a lot of setup indeed
