thats imposible to make. Most ppl can change ip. U would have to ban ip range - that means u could lock more ppl than only this 1.

I was just wondering today how many ppl are there with mh, both pro and noobs. And some are hard to tell. I sometimes watch replays and some are clever enough not to ping/do spell in fog or obvious things like that, but still.

The problem is, ok, what's the use of spending 20 to 50 min of your time watching the replay and finding the replay time(s) where its clear he uses mh? When he can make another account in 1 min ? And continue using mh.

most of us have  main acc. some ppl play dota for years and they care rly for their main. After some time they can pm admin asking for unban , promising not to use any kind of hax. I dont think such player will continue to use it.

To me it seems waste of time. What do you think ? Do u feel like spending half an hour inspecting replay so he can make another account in a fraction of that time ? Why can't we just post replay link if we're 100% sure and not waist that much time for reporting hackers...and if we arew wrong and we waisted mods time we should get a punishment ...yeah i know rules are rules ,must specify at least x times blah blah...

are u serious? mh crew is 3/4 active mods. thousands of players, hundreds of ppl reporting and u say U WAIST THAT MUCH TIME FOR 1 REP? So yea sure - lets spam hax sction just with links and lets go play while they will waist whole day watching games where player may have hax. Typical complainer - demanding all but giving nothing.

Here is my point of view.
As we all know the majority of people play for stats. Let s say that changing the 5 min rmk rule isn t the appropriate solution ( let s respect admins' hard work). For example in my previous game (http://playdota.eu/stats/game/2004454/dota-pdeu-sd-2), host got an issue and got disconnect at 6 min. We asked to rmk the game, and you all know what they did prolly... keep going playing.
So my suggestion would be at least to recalculate the psr to make it feat on the actual players ingame ( from 5vs5 to 4vs5). So the players who wants to end fast and win an unfair game ( but still following the rules) will get psr based on the 4 poor bastards trying to def their holy throne. It seems to be a fair solution for everybody.

Let s discuss about it
