this was a special sceneraio. your selections/actions appear desync during the game and what u do in game, comes out at parsing nearly 2 s later. It happens sometimes. You selected ogre when he was not in fow, red dot appears when it has less than 0.2 in fow, but the parsed log says u selected him 3 s into fow. that is why we made the mistake. pls accept our appoligies, this is a bug, and sry for any trouble we may have caused u.

ok, finally the lazy mod took their time to watch that imba pro game. I will upload it to gosugamers... in the first situation when the user in question is accused of MH, well, yes he was using a hack , name: observer ward . But then I thought, maybe is not enough for a ban, maybe the ward was a bug, so I decided to view the second situation. Spectre, all by herself, got ganked by Ursa (aprox. min 45, and yes, Ursa dared to go one on one vs her in late game). Ursa got raped, but on time, he activated lothar. He ran behind the trees below the secret shop, near the bottom scourge tower of base. He stayed there. MHer spectre was pursuing the wind and the emptiness in the other direction. After she killed them both, she realized Ursa was still missing, and so she decided to use a dagger to scout. A diagonal dagger btw ( I think to have more vision, I dont know what the other guys here think). Dagger landed on Ursa, who was petrified (literally) and didnt move for 7 s. The dagger path didnt move, so it was obvious to assume the Ursa was still there, invisibility wore off and he got killed. guys, pls stop arguing. I have watched the first 15 minutes of that game. The selection itself is not enough for a ban. It occurred less than 1 s after he went into fow. Let's say shaker clicked on him at 11:50:90, and latency is 100 ms, so when he selected him at his computer, it was still 11:50, but till it arrived at server, it was already 11:51:xx , this may happen for the value of the latency itself, some delay or lag. My experience has taught me that is more suspicious a guy who clicks en enemy hero less than 1 s after he comes out of fow, than a guy that clicks a hero and he goes in fow less than 1 after that.
I will unban the user in question. Pls dont start any rage/troll/hate topic. We all do mistakes and we learn new things everyday.
