for some guys whos not happy with these rules { man, who talked about restaurant and some salt....} as them guys said, u dont have to play here.... In restaurant u dont get any meal unless u not gonna pay.
These guys are doing it for free, actually even some1 has to pay server rent, etc... did u ever sponsor pd.eu? Not? why u are crying here? u should be happy thats u can play for free...
If u not happy, my advice is: dota.fr there is really good system, but... if u want to play more than 1 game, u need to pay for it...
Is it problem? ....no? nobody catch u.

I wont allow some1 to flame, especially cause I am admin and not 15yo kid. I banned all noobs that I have been playing with in pro games in my team, which is normal to me since I am admin and its my job.
It should be even in enemy team  And btw noob in pro game {pro in noob game} is not in rules anymore PS: Nothing personal

MrNiceGuy: i have already seen a lots topic about U and othes mods, like ninja unban, mute abuse, etc. I would say its sort of truth, but once you are mod, you have that power to do it... Just sometimes it doesnt look fair to rest players.
Overall: PD is free for all, u can play and u dont have to pay for it, its similar when u connect to someones private bot and u get banned, what u will to do then? Nothing, because u will say: " pff, he is idiot, i dont care about ban...." and u will not post on BN.net your ban request because u got banned by other player.
If u want to get mods power: 1. Have your own bot
2. There is a lot of bots providers, just buy it...
3. Do request for PD.eu mod
But never cry... live your life, but remember: Life is not fair and u can do nothing with it...

have to agree, lol is much more easier then dota.... I have played HoN, LoL and DotA and dota sit me the best. Maybe its just engine, but i preffer physic instead of graphic.

is better to keep new icoms in folder: icons\ XXX where XXX means folder of new icon set... at first put some apps into your bar, then right click "icons settings..." then roll folder icons down and pick what icon set u want to use....

its hard to say if to keep or remove !mute command.... ita all about people... u may get retarded player whos spamming all over and also u can get retarded host whos abushing !mute cmd.... there is only one way what u can do....report it. But problem is, if these ppls have more then just one acc... then u can do nothink, actually, its basicaly useless.... as i said before, its all about people

if 70% ppls agree with !rmk, host has to !end game and do it.... u can leave w/o ban, when u get banned, just report him and ask for unban....

i dont agree with you, im CZ and havent seen this.... I would say, it depend whats going on... if 2 ppl are on same lane a are talking in their lang, then there should NOT be a problem... they will need to say anythink whats about game { not just their lane} in eng anyway. In case they are just spamming { over full screen} then just mute them.

U cant force any1 to switch or to rmk. If opposite team have 2 players more than yours (or more players) u r free to leave w/o ban. Btw imo !rmk and !switch is for noob games....
u can leave w/o ban when opposite team have 2 players more....when is NOT switch on when switch on u can leave w/o ban when is in opposite team more than 3 ppl. so question: what i have to do when its 5v3 (or 4v2) and opposite team (where is more ppl) dont want switch?
