There`s no rule that force him to !balance the game before starting...
That`s why you can be careful in the lobby game and leave if you don`t like the balance, players or the host of the game.
Same for not voting the !rmk, he`s not forced to do that just because the game is not balanced.
Be more careful next time and don`t stay on those hosts that plays only easy games for psr.

They kicked you because you start ruin the game.
After you died you go top with weaver, start last hitting his creeps and don`t even bother to help him when he almost died, more than that, you steal the kill from axe.
You need to understand that ogre is a support hero, there was a lot of good players in that game (including you), you should play accordingly.

Both of them are low players (check their accounts). I can`t see any intentional feeding or any game ruining, especially lai0n who support your ass with ward all the time.
Tooshade - you just got angry because you died 3 times in the early game and start blaming your team. If you want better gameplay from your team you should try to create or join 1600+ psr games.
