try reinstal warcraft maybe some files corrupt or maybe dota map corrupt or maybe you messed up someting in map settings otherwise probably graphic card driver or maybe some libraries like msvcp80.dll try move them away from warcraft folder and see

But why not ask for ban for game ruin - sabotage? Didnt use field, left rapier in base = sabotage, see in rules

c) Mass-selling, hiding, destroying own items.

e) Refusing to play
          - Avoiding team fights, pushes, defending and similar in order to make own team lose on purpose will be considered as refusing to play.

Rule cant specify all cuz weould be 10 pages text but its clear ruin game what he did i thikn at least from your words

Should work. 1.26 replays should be opened with 1.26 game

Also you can use dota replay manager or d3wparser, i specifically asked the developer to update it for newest dota version not long ago
