From 18:00 min until 18:39 he was out of mana for hook (140 mana). On 18:40 you were already dead cuz Abadon at that moment -last hit- you.

Explanation for decision
First,
Guardiani talked agressive but the ingame rule of national intolerance was not break cuz referring to a person by its nationality still counts as Common Flame.
Second,
..."and whispered to me" here is missing the command /time, without it this proof is denied too.

if you want to The_Architect get ban you need to edit your request (rule break question) in Common flames

Reasons:
1 time avoiding team fight (refusing to play, igame rules 7. e.)
1 time sabotaging teammates (team hurt,ingame rules 7. b.)
This hurt was in time when enemy heros were alive, and on mid push were only razor and 1 hero more, so, even if that minion was alive you could not destroy not even 1 rax. So this was sabotaging but its not enough for ban.
