Everyone can make 5 guesses, but the reward will be bigger if you manage in less tries.
According to the size of this black "square" you can make an educated guess how many spaces number can have.

Actually I just checked again and realized you IP locked him permanently (I thought it was for a couple of days).
His IP ban should be as long as his autobans, to prevent him from avoiding it again.
This was a bad decision unless he had previous lengthy IP bans I am unaware of.
So if this was not the case, I'll stand for this turk.

My concern is elsewhere,he was caught playing on the other account while he was allready banned on his main but we allready know everyone does that. Do we expect players to wait untill the ban ends as the rule says? yes I mean ban avoid rule should be applied only when the player has left some games not when hes reported and banned cuz he will just join with other accounts like everyone else is doing and has done in the past. It should be always checked, regardless of the ban reason. Duration is what makes a difference. My point is why dont we turn every ban into ip with lesser time compared to the usual ban to be sure noone will ever ban avoid. This hunt on the players that are ban avoiding is nonsense and i doubt that is solving the things. Too many reasons, I'll just name a few. 1) IP bans can affect people that it shouldn't affect in some cases, its not ideal. Once I banned a friend by locking another persons IP, and he didn't even knew who the guy is. 2) Wrong bans would be much harsher this way, and there is always a case when moderator is wrong. 3) You can't possibly trust some newbie moderator with information that comes with this. Plenty more. The Thror case, 70% of his accounts were permanently banned yeah, most of them in 2018 according to screenshot you posted, you missed the point of my topic, which is you shouldn't judge people by something they've done long time ago. Perhaps this thror guy is a bad example since he definitely deserves this ban and your decision was correct, thats why I included jeandarc comparison.

Decision not to unban him was rather good in my opinion, but I would like to point out one thing that caught my eye.
While having many bans, you can easily see most of these bans are from 2018, and after that he didn't have bans until recent. I'd just like to point out to mods while checking this and not to judge people for something they did a really long time ago.
If you look it like this, you can even find some admins being banned many times before, but it doesn't mean they are still that same "banned person" they used to be. Take jeandarc for example probably the best example. He was banned countless times both on server and forum, but he improved over time and his past "sins" were obviously not taken into consideration when cen promoted him, and this was a good call. Other people should be treated this way as well.

No, that's not it. Those reasons are far beyond your simpleminded comprehension so I won't even bother to explain them. I'll just say that I approve 90% of the things current staff does, and that they are by far better staff than last one. My replies here are as I already said - I am probably more aware of this player than anyone in current b&u team, so I posted simply to give them some history and hopefully help them reach decision easier.

Im around here since in 2010 and as far as i remember when someone came here and asked for unban nicely got it. In the end we are spending our time and dedication playing on this server but most of the staff cant understand that.
With that im not saying to let his actions go unpunished cuz he clearly left some games but 7 days ip lock as a bit harsh,its like saying to him go play somewhere else u have no place here. That ip lock should be stopped unless its used for someone like natsumi who fucked every game he played.
Yes that was a major problem before, simply unbanning someone because he asks nice is bad thing. Everyone with 3 brain cells can pretend to be nice when asking for unban while being toxic in game and breaking rules all along. You are spending your time here because you want to, nobody is forcing you to play here or play at all. Its simply your choice, so don't ask for fucking medals for the things you do because you want to. Let me remind you, that you are playing here for free, and guess what, staff members (at least current) are also spending even more time here so people respect rules and respect the system. 7 days is not harsh at all considering what I wrote in my post, if I were to decide its rather too low. IP lock needs to be used even further, and players should be checked more often, especially players with history such as this one.

I will post this here since current b&u team is rather new, and I am not sure they know complete profile of this player. This post is simply meant to help them. As for this player he got locked for the exact same thing 6 months ago. https://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php/topic,189274You can easily see cen denied his request. Also he got locked by myself few years back when I was in charge. I am too lazy to search for the topics, but perhaps there are some warden logs or whatever that can help you. I decided to unlock him and give him a second chance after he posted a topic similar to this one, and after few days of his ban expired. I am not meaning to interrupt your decision, whoever decides this, but I strongly urge not to unban this player.

Even if he was ban avoiding (I actually can't check this) it still isn't a reason NOT TO CHECK a report and ban another player who is (once again if translation is correct) breaking the rules. I have absolutely no clue why are you even discussing should INTENTIONAL bug abuse be bannable or not. It's perfectly obvious they used it to gain advantage in games. (salih report) It's perfectly obvious other players find this annoying. It's perfectly stated in rules, this is considered as cheating. You do not need any announcements to apply sanctions, you already have it in rule book - in case you forgot. 5. Player must not use any kind of cheats/bugs:
a) Abusing inner DotA bugs will be considered as cheating.
