My mistake, forgot to add in 3: refusing to pushes. He was always b, never pushed with team, except defending. About sabotaging part, 3 situations posted where he could help, but no, he played another game for another team and himself.

7. Player must not ruin the game by:
e) Refusing to play
- Avoiding team fights, pushes, defending and similar in order to make own team lose on purpose will be considered as refusing to play.

Situation 1:
We noticed Alchemist farming in their woods and Weaver was following, then he just moved back letting me to die instead of doing 2-3 hits to kill Alchemist, my point with this, he was playing against his team, before this he was doing nothing as well and it is obvious that this player know to play, but don't want to play.

Situation 2:
We made gank, 1 hit to kill Alchemist before real fight and player interrupted us, he paused the game in perfect moment so they can prepare with reason WC, Alchemist was able to escape only because of this disruption and where he was stronger than us and hard pusher. As result 2 from our team died, so in total 3 deaths in 2 situations caused by Weaver player and it was 100% on purpose, talking what I saw, maybe he did more damage till this moment.

Situation 3:
There was fight Necromancer vs Yurnero and Necromancer, both with low health but Yurnero used his healing ward to follow him and Yurnero had much more movement speed, Weaver came from behind and instead of attacking healing ward, he was attacking on purpose Yurnero, doing 0 damage. When Yurnero finally killed Necromancer, Weaver used his 2nd skill and killed Yurnero. He just refused to help, playing for himself and against team, sabotaging us.

5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.
Player was doing his thing during entire game. Ultimatum was rmk or you will see. Instead of easy game and finish in 30-40 minutes, he made this game prolong to more than an hour. Only useful thing he did in game was defending towers and base, literally Tiny and Necromancer was pushing entire game, keeping this game going good to us, with help from Silencer and Kunkka, but we needed 1 more player who could help with damage because many times they survived with low hp and Weaver was farming or no idea what was he doing. Posted situations are related with what I saw in game, won't comment other things he did because my focus was game and not problematic individual player. He is probably banned on other accounts, should be checked.

1st situation

This was 2nd situation, Weaver attacked spectre just before spectre was in my range to attack him under my ulty and to stun, so spectre escaped and it was not logical to waste ulti and stun when he escaped, then this wise guy Keka jumped on 3-4 heroes and between 2 scourge towers, died like 500 PSR noob and it was my fault because he died at that time.

3rd situation, I was checking their woods and was under ulty, monkey king was near me and he went top side to farm creeps, 3 heroes attacked him out of my range to be anyhow from help to him and they killed him and again it was my fault because he died like a noob, I tried to kill one hero with low hp there, but died as well

First situation, in fight with Lina and Mirana, used ulti to survive last hit, so was bellow 20hp and without mana but used ulti so could kill any of them but could not escape if I attack, Keka is playing Monkey King, he attacked them alone and expecting me in and died, but there was no point to go to die, I saw one more hero from our team is coming so when they were relaxed I made a surprise kill and somehow could escape. Because of that this player was insulting me entire game, first he died like mega noob and he is hard noob, then later in game when 2-3 players attacked him I was not in his range to help him, again for him it was my fault. He could go tank, instead his choise was to go full carry while we was without tank. Important to mention is his focus entire game on me, not on the game and weaver and me could not win that game later.

The game was lost most of time, we played 4v5(without Keka) but 4 of us played as team and we managed to win that game on both individual and team quality.

And with perfect teamwork without Keka, we won the game. Not sure what problem this guy have, but it seems serious. No point to check other games, he is doing it every game he play. So wild and so uneducated person...

Not fair game, 3vs6 , one left but played bad. If nevermore played with us we was near to make game balanced.
He gave up and sabotaged us when we was on the way to get back to the game. Using his dagger to jump near creeps but in shadows where opponents won't see him, so he was cheating timer. In late game we was better team, if never helped us to keep bottom side, there was nice chance for us to even win. I made nerubian assassin to be more powerful than any hero from sentinel team, while naix played for 10/10, so nevermore was factor that decided directly final winner of the game, and it was like he is helping sentinel team.

Player exchangestudent obstructed the game, tried to crush the game. First while last tower was being destroyed he paused the game 3 times and then he saved the game. After saving the game he was playing with his connection, unplugging and reconnecting 4-5 times, prolonging game finish for more than 2 minutes. Luckily for us there was no harm to the game, but one player was unrecoverably dropped from GProxy++ without ban, the same time when tree was destroyed

Important, he said that he have admin friend, so I hope this player won't be protected because he is not a good guy, and as mentioned in request, I'm not asking for long ban, he was banned 2 times already for family related flame, but 1-2 days ban is ok for flamer.
If not, I guess every player can fuck family and origin to another player, if he is not using directly his nick when insulting, nor his hero and that is odd because insulting hero is not the same as insulting player/member of the game.

Everything was good since beginning, our team was better and then without single reason this player wanted conflict and insulted my family. He should get at least 1 day off, not to mention that this is third time he's breaking the same rule. With all good atmosphere in our team he tried to votekick me in situation where my part was done in team fight and where 3 or 4 of us had the same right to get that kill.
