Ok seames the time I come in. Will investigate. I did  check this account before and this player is or were ban evading. Now the sanction will afect all people playing from that destination, but that is a sanction ... No 1 is above the rules.

Np, as I said there was a problem whitch was solved yesterday in the morning, when a player contacted me. Also comunicating on Discord, seames to have more effect in a crisis situations.
