I have a KDA of 4/4/10 or 11 IIRC If you go by the logic Win>Stats, it applies. If you go by the retarded logic of most Balcan Players were Kills>Win (which will reduce PSR if u lose the game) then yes.

If you played on Garena in 2010, you will always have MH experience, especially with friends from I forgot where but somewhere in Asia I think, those kind of people were popular with MH on Garena IIRC.
So u play doto for 5 years or more and u still have 4 kills per game? Did u asked yourself why u are so low player? No? So in DotA 1 kills=win. Fuck destroying the enemy ancient, get kills. Try playing support and I took a 2 year pause from dota by the way, and I said in 2010 but i actually started playing since 2011, somewhere near like 6.72b I then took a long pause. As I see you still think im a cheater so here is the replay, enjoy trying to find the map being visible at all, with fog of war on. Oh wait, u cant cos i have no MH. Will you fucking shut up already? 50% of players on eurobattlenet have actually used a MH but only 30% of those people don't use it here. I told you why I kicked you, if you think I am a MHer you will get my replay and you will see that u won't see shit with Fog of War ON. And I am pretty sure almost everyone has used a MH if they have played on GGC (Garena Gaming Client)
The day I actually stopped using it and started playing competitively with a lot of spam was when I started playing on eurobattlenet. If someone has used a cheat in for example, Garena, it doesn't mean they are using it here too... If someone posts sum shit about me being a MHer I swear I will fucking upload that replay.
BTW I forgot to add, I didn't know you were a Mod, check your message box and you will see why I kicked you.

Best idea would be, ban the player only for 24 hours and give him a PSR penalty of -15. If his team wins he will not gain any PSR, if his team however loses, he will lose that PSR too. And if he gets unbanned due to connection problems, then his - PSR will not be recovered by any cost. And bans will not be scaling from 24 to 48 to 72 etc. just 24 hours.

IIRC I found out about eurobattle.net somewhere in 2012 or 2013 and I did take a pause from DotA after some time since then, but does anyone play Terrania? Its a custom WC3 map, I think there are no more updates for it, its really fun, but hard to find any players for it that actually know what they should do, just google it or search for some videos about it on youtube.

Actually 70 games doesnt look like a new account to me and i replied with the new gproxy 10 shouoldnt allow mh and shit like that but i still kick tr and i kicked you cos of your psr, it says 1704 but ur stats didnt convince me it was 1704 so thats the reason i kicked u, the only mods i am aware so far are efko and i didnt even expect a mod to play with me, as for the thing with plugging, its ur choice if u think its plug or not but it has happened a lot of times to me except that most of the times it reconnects, if u think im a mher watch some of my games pls.

I am not sure who has banned me, I cannot find a ban request and thus I am not banned from the server, instead whenever I try to access lagabuse.com using /join lagabuse.com I am automatically redirected to The Void and it says I am banned from there, I can still play games tho. 3: Why did you got banned? I kicked a guy named -Revolution. or something like that and then he told me he was a Mod. I kicked him cos what the fuck is he doing there with his 1705 rating where pretty much everyone was rated at 1550. His rating didn't really have the stats of a 1700 rated person so if I write !balance it wouldn't balance it correctly which is why I kicked him, and then he PM'd me saying he is a mod and he will prove it to me. 4: Reason that forced you to break the rule? How is kicking someone that I think he doesn't have that rating count as breaking a rule ? I am allowed to kick anyone I want. 5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation. I already explained everything, just look at the Why did you get banned section.
