Ok here is my final conclusion. So in my case for me to play a decent fps game Vsync in new dota has to be off, if it is on it is nearly unplayable. how it is related to this thread, in a way that if I left Vsync off in a previous game and started a new one the game will collapse, if I keep it on I will be able to play next game and turn it off and on again, so  on and so forth, it is a bit pain in a hole but hey, it works :). I appreciate the support lads you can close the thread.

Win 10, it is downloaded from the source provided on this site, I will try reinstalling will let you know as someone else might face same problem. by the way tried to run single player it runs fine.

Hi I tried to join few games today and for some reason i get stopped at half a loading screen with a message that w3 is not responding, it happened since new dota update, any ideas?

alch chose mid lane first and mort went there just to ruin his mid(same team), so I let alch go solo bot and went to mid where mort blocked my hero just so enemy could kill me and he was flaming team whole game

upsidupsi(game ruining tossing ally hero to enemy tower and creeps with tiny, start of the game), bojanmacka(family related flame)
after we started the game tiny started tossing me to enemies at bottom lane it was around minute 2, first time he intentionally blocked my hero so enemy could kill me, secondly he tossed me after which I refused to play, so basically this is an unban request aswell,
second player(bojanmacka) started the family related flame

I have been out of dota for about two years and as I've came back I saw alot of changes in the latest map, especially pointing @ nearly completely remapped heroes and generally I really don't like it anymore therefore I don't want to offend anyone so I am kindly asking is there any recommendations on alternative srtvers/ladders systems where older versions of dota can be played, I thank you.
