...as we all know there is a command to mute players which is constantly abused by idiot hosts...my suggestion is that mute lasts f/e 1 min and that it has a cooldown of 30 sec in order to remove the perma ban problem...when muted a warning message should be displayed to the muted player...ofc to every idea there is a downside...

Works only for certain skills : Can remove omnis shield / ulti if u cast it on him after or on other enemy hero after he has done those spells . Can remove roofs ulti if u cast it on urself after roof ultis . can remove track and amplify. can cancel bloodlust / empower . can remove medusas ulti if u cast onurself after she ultis. I just listed some variants im pretty sure thier are many more u can ask someone else who has more time to give u a list or search for it on web. I Think Tough u cant cancel spells which deal dmg per sec.
...removing all negative buffs with purge ( mostly from difusal) is logical i mean it should work ... but removing every single buff there is would be simply too imba...

Some alternative ways to stop roofs ulti/track/amplify . : Diffusal purge urself. Manta just use it. If u have both of those u can evade a double ulti from roof. Jugger just spin after roots u . Second ulti u can use ulti while he uses it. Naix , rage after he ultis.
...i tried to use purge on myself and team mates many times...to remove neg buffs like venoms gale and vipers ulti...sipmly didnt work , i just lost a difusal charge...

For me sounds like bufor problem.
USB devices using bufor, sound using bufor.
win7 have own drivers for many motherboards. Try to find drivers for your motherboard at manufacturer site and reinstal them.
I had similar problem but with disc to disc transfer. After a while I had 5mb/s transfer form c:/ to d:/. I shall have at least 55mb/s
Instaling original motherboard drivers solved problems. New components has been found and since then everything work like it should.

This error is anoying me a lot and mb i could even stop playing dota because of it o.O
In fact this has nothing to do with playdota.eu bot, but if you know how to solve it (or know some good forum for problems like this) please help me.
It happens near every day, completely random and usualy in first dota 
At first the sound becomes laggy and weird, but everything else stays as usual. Like minute after, even mouse starts to lagg and finaly, few moments after, my mouse and keyboard freezes completely and i cant do enything till i restart computer (manualy ofc). Only screen is ok - i may watch what other players are doing, but its still better to restart fast so my teammates may put my hero back to base.
Ever seen that before? Any suggestions what to do? 
...cant say it happened to me...i mean i had my fair share of crashes but not as often as u do...i suggest u reinstal war3 , scan comp for viruses , defragment all drives or even reinstal windows (if , ofc , u think dota is worth that kind of trouble)...
