2) somehow i get banned for some "random reason" but i ddint see any ban req,so can some1 explain me when i post ban req for some1,u need weeks and weeks to solve,but some1 can ban me just after game without any report and warn,thats logical,seems legit to me... then after all ask urself why the server become trash.

1) mr.brokolic 2) penciltrick 3) game ruining/ban avoiding(this guy literaly got 100.000 accs,I know coz he got indentical noobish game style,I think his 1 acc was banned early coz of same reason)/command abuse(x-mark rules,then I disabled help) 4) Ok let's see,first happen at 10:45 he stole my creeps at forest when i was farming,then after that he keeps following me on the map and evrytime try to steal my creeps to prevent me farm (13:09 Hessian [Allies] wtf kunkka?  ? 13:10 Mr.Brokolic [Allies] !votekick pencil 13:10 [All] [Mr.Brokolic] voted to kick [PencilTrick] [1/6]) 16:18 Mr.Brokolic [Allies] -disablehelp he refused team fights,he even tried to help enemy team with eul so he can save them... and manny other things 6) Also literaly i had to beg them to type yes,I think they made deal to not kick him,coz they knew it the game would be hard if knk leaves.I even tried to blackmail them saying them "they will be banned if dont vote yes "(some of them votted after I said that),but nop still not evry1 typed yes. 7) let's see who didnt type "Yes" : jube (mister leoric), frostyshad (mister bara) they voted only once,when they saw he wont be kicked. thats all,i said to myself i wont post anymore ban req,coz i know i cant change anything but this going to 1 way i ll kick evry tr guy from mine games (coz this guy was from tr) if he doesnt get IP lock,I m not natioanalist or something,but thats the only way for me to avoid him so my games and games for other normal ppl are not going to be destroyed.I think thats bad,so i demand simple IP lock. p.s. sry about my eng ,it's not so good,but hope so u understand me.

3) Many rules violated,1 of them are: sabotage team play,refuse to helps team mates,spaming signals to map,then after all he rage quit,but before he left he bought wards so we cant get the gold,also once he tried to block me so enemy team could catch me and kill me.
4) game was fine,we argue at start for mid,then he went lane and started to blame evry1 coz he get ganked,also he started to spam command to votekick me coz I get ganked mid also and died few times,well sf rules.
5) well this guy is already banned,but the problem is he will come back with new acc,i want to know if there can be some next level punisment... that's all tnx.

P.S. I wrote this req early but I didnt wrote corectly made some technical mistake,now is fine. 1) brewhoneyizze 2) joker.wss 3) game ruining/skill abuse/destroying my items/do not allow me to farm,keep chasing me on the map with intent to steal my farm,and maybe make deal with enemy team to do that,coz I think they are friends (not sure about this one,my guess) 4) we w8-ed long in lobby to start the game,I was afk while we 're w8ing,then after game started kunkka started behaving strangely,after 8:00 he followed me to destroy my tranquil boots for no reason,after he saw I putt it on the ground,then he started to abuse his x-mark,ofc I disabled help...after all of that he just keep to follow me all the time and doing only that,completely ruining the game. 5) I demand Ip ban/lock for this situation,coz just baning this acc is not enough,ppl like him are not playing for fun or anything. 6) http://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php?action=gameinfo;sa=game;gid=6100400
