I'm tired to be under moderator's rules.... luckly this is only a game... now i realize spend time here is so stupid.. I dont want to offend nobody... but all of I'm writing is TRUE.... I spend 1 year playing dota... a lots of hours throw... it and i think all moderators play dota for years... lots of years..

Well if u haven't played 50 games no reason u to host games anyway, so just go enter a game that some1 created, this rule will only affect angry hosts that ruin games and host maners will improve allover.. i belive the community will benefit from this much....
GREAT idea, only old accounts can host, or maybe even better only accounts that played in last season can host games on pd, so perma bans, can't host current season if they make new accounts, and if ban not perma than it's punishment 7 days no hosting until he gets banned if multiacc, so any taughts on this idea people!!! Only nick's from past seasons can host game's ? would be very nice!!!
I think there should be ban for - test command in lategame, and this is even worst than leavers, and 5v3 games, but when on a winning game in 45 min some jerk types -TEST command i hope he drops dead in that instat. pls punish retards using this
