4.first of all provoking .. i dont really provoking him i just spam him u ban me only 7days whit out anyreason.2. i really dont know becouse when u buy divine whit arc warden and when u pick it up only when your ulti is no cd and use it only whit ulti not whit really hero 3. and i want he to send taht picture where i flame him i just called him noob and noting more i dont flame his famile. 4. i dont see in rules becouse bug is perman banned i even dont have some warns for it tanky very much
