http://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php?topic=155962.0 the efko logic is that  he did noting wrong nvm becouse he multi acc he got nice score in game and he should post unban requst but he didn't and he broke the rule thats the logic of efko now guyes when u make 2/0 3/0 score and if u need your teammates to lose game just leave and go play another acc u did noting wrong u have a nice score and u just need to post unban requst and even if u don't post it u wont be banned if someone reports u thats the tragedy logic of efko
