1vs1 Tour Plan
1. Map & Modes
Map : v6.85k
Mode : 1on1 - "-apshomnp -noneutrals" with specific hero => modus bo1 (maybe bo3 depends on tour mods decision)
2. Items restriction 1on1:
- Tranquill Boot is forbidden - chicken/crow - bottle.
You are only allowed to use chicken/crow or bottle. If you buy chicken/crow, you're not allowed to buy bottle. So, if you buy bottle, you're not allowed to buy/use chick/crow anymore.
3. Remaking game If any player gets dropped before 5th minute (and First Blood didn't happen/no tower were destroyed/no Roshan has been killed) the game must be remade. In other cases rmking game depends of arrangement of both teams.
4. Other rules - Each team has got right to do 2 pauses - 3 minutes each. - Backdooring is allowed. - Blocking creeps is not allowed with spells like Fissure or Sprout when there isn't any enemy hero nearby.
Important Note: All players must have Gproxy on during the tour
Important rule: We added few new rules for these kind of tours. The games end when: -the one player gets first 2kills( e.g. simple 2:0 or 1:1 and then some gets 2nd kill; 2:1=win!) -or when 1 tower is destroyed on one side.

As programmer and player im always ready to help this server whicu I spent many hours in. I can give many more ideas to improve but idk who is doing the implementation and nothing is more important than 6.88 update atm
here is another idea idk about the implemantation but can be quite usefull, a player whisp to lagabuse.com bot !ann 1600 for example when a lobby uses !min 1600 or more bot informs player about game name with a message
Hello everyone, Can i suggest smth about the players' stats? IMO better remove the K/D/A stats, and let only the W/L stats. In that way ppl will start to play more as a team and not as a solo farmer creep stats chaser or kill-stealer, looking for high K/D/A.
Years ago there were only W/L stats and nobody cared how many kills have, or creep kills. And it was way better cuz ppl cared only about wining the game no mater if they have 15/0/4 or 9/9/20 (for example). Nowadays everybody farms farms, dont buy wards cuz wanna save money, cares only about K/D/A stats and doesent care very much about his team and win or lose the game.
Remove K/D/A stats and im sure ppl will start to play as a team. DotA is a team game after all, not a single wood farm map.

I didn't bet against bayern, I did p1 and 2-4 goals, they scored 5 goals. Fucking imbeciles couldn't last for 2-3 mins
The game was obvious o 3.5 or 4-6 goals. Even as a besiktas fan I played 4-6goals. Every game they play against lower tier team they score at least 4 goals.
It reminds me of that feature that ReplaySeeker has But it is not your case (lmao, i`m always having similar cases but not the one people need)
ReplaySeeker has 'turbo' feature When you activate it, warcraft 3 is getting 'maximized' flag, so it uses all resources it can use to work. When you minimize Warcraft 3 window, it sets this flag to '0', so warcraft 3 uses only part of resources, so fps are usually 10-30 at this state
I wanted to say, Warcraft 3 manages to reduce PC resources usage while the game window is minimized, but uses all needed resources while game window is maximized

Well idk its not 10-30 its fixed 30. I'm sure its mosly boarderd window mode in eurobattle i will try to disable it. I also think the problem is about focus. It loses focus to war3 somehow and when I alt tab and come back it regains.
