I don't believe he was ruining on purpose. Many times he failed to position himself correctly, didn't carry a teleport. Still he participated in many fights, tried to deward and assist his team. Can't ban someone just because he played bad, that rule is for people who ruin the game with intention. And like i said not ganking and not saying ss isn't a reason for a ban aswell

I saw him casting decrepify on you at least 9 times in various places and situations: while fighting, in forest on nc, on lane. He even continued after you warned him. I noticed you had an argue in game but it wasn't that big and can't be used as an excuse for doing such things anyway

Refusing to votekick often causes a confusion. Sometimes its not obvious that someone is breaking a rule but you still may get banned. I don't see a reason to not unban you but i can't remove the warn. Its possible that there was a misunderstanding here so we will look into it.
