Technical support / Dota parser

'Sup experts, pros, noobs, masters, overlords, dota teachers, dota scientists and slavi.

Could anyone give the DL link for some dota parser? I only found an old version which doesnt give the full actions log. I wanna accuse someone of MH but i'll check first, dont wanna pwn myself!

(please no dota.org.ru.warez link with P-Bear pr0n and al-qaida dialers)

BTW Arkshu I dont understand why you only "warn" player .vlada. for spamming !rmk non-stop during 7min.]

Suggestions :

- make that command abuse BANNABLE

- dont print the command result in all chat, but only in private message

Does the "moderator status" gives admins the right to enter any lobby, kick anyone he wants to kick (not by joining, but by checking stats and using "!open"), and to whisp the host with some threats/insults?
