@Luffy Yes there is , regarding inventory QuickCast u can set on the Left Collumn. And for Hero Spells u can use the right Collumn (QWER System etc). Edit: In the inventory (Left Collumn) With "Inventory" Written above it. See the schedule of the Boxes (Same as your Ingame inventory) Click on a specific Box and Set a Key for it (Usually 1 2 3 4 5). Be carefull when setting number 1 because its "Hero Select" Key Suggestion is to set First Box ( Top Left ) to number 2 , then follow further down with 3-4-5 etc.

You have a point , i know what the rule say , i was the one that wrote it.
It is at the end of the day , a server for majority of the people , and the majority is Uneducated Turkish/Macedonian Ruiners/Flamers/Avoiders , it has been like that for some years now. Ya can lock this thread , you have a good point. Its better to leave this place , anyone who knew something about DotA or cared about it moved to RGC or deleted it, i see their point too.

U saw very clearly several times when we were pushing he was not there, thats against the rules. Comparing tournaments and high leagues is a joke, this guy wouldnt know how to enter tours or leagues. Anyhow , he was not participating in the fights , thats against LA Pub rules.
It\s a pub game, not a turnament, pro game when you can ban someone if he didn\t participate in team fights ecc...

Call me crazy, but I'd legit try to switch for a siege rush build in this case, to try and take advantage over the fact that its a 5v4 game. Something like losing BF and Abyssal blade and getting Desolator AC. (Needless to say, this whole BS might work, but only until the ~50th minute mark.)
Really not and ideal thing to do, way too far stretched especially because you would lose almost all your worth in team fights, but you kind of need a TEAM in order to win team fights. I'm guessing Ursa could not possibly tank with those items so either you were forced to engage first each fight, or someone would always get caught off guard, forcing you guys to fight or immediately being a -1. And ofc, there's the Pepega Shaker in all of this...
So yea, I'd try going for siege damage and try to end this suffering of a game before Spectre out-scales me. Ultimately, I could agree with @grga_man on his thought.
Close enough , Assault Cuirass instead of Abysall Blade , and Bloodthorn instead of HoT. Instruct supports to sell (?) Talismans and Make Euls to break those nasty Linken's.
