I can think of first: maybe ur latest dota named "DotA Allstars v6.67c" (check the name) is in wrong folder ? Put it in Warcraft III\Maps\Download ...
Correct. Be sure the map is in the same folder as it says in the error log.

BTW!!!! We are all amateurs cause we dont get payed for this, and from that we can see that we are not professionals, who are geting payed.
