I finished a game, then entered another lobby, and looked at the watch and realised I need to connect my daughter's night food to her g-tube. I can swear I pressed ESC to exit the lobby, and wanted to rejoin after i came back (which is usually 10 minutes). 5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation. After i dropped out, i messaged zacchi, they said they were still waiting for me back in the game.. They didn't want to votekick me it seems and dropped me.. so now I'm banned. I did not break any rule. 5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation. the game started, we were playing RD mode, waiting to pick. the guys paused the game. So I was just waiting. All of a sudden, i hear a notification beep from windows, and my screen goes to desktop. The w3 windows did not exist anymore. No error, no warnings. We were winning the game, already had 2 lanes. Was with veno, died, and went alt tab. When i was back into the game, i thought the game already finished and I exit. Or maybe I was dropped, kicked? Did not notice. I am never a quitter in my 15+ years of dota. I tried to setup 4G from my phone, but that was down also. I think there was a problem with my supplier (orange) 5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation. I was with witch doctor, had 1-2, we were kind of losing, but I never quit a game (it was only min 13 i think). I also remember i pressed the escape key to leave the lobby. 4: Reason that forced you to break the rule? It was not intentional, I remember I pressed the escape key to leave the lobby, then I left my laptop on to download some movies over the night. I was not even aware that a game was started. 5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation. I'll pay more attention next time to make sure the game is closed. I did not break any rules. 5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation. I was in the lobby, waiting for some minutes, and there were still 4 slots to be filled. I went alt-tab and was browsing youtube. I heard in my headphones that game is started, so I alt-tab back into the game, and see that everybody left... when I look into the game chat it showed that I left first.. I play nearly everynight (even tonight played 3 games). In the past week i have excessive lag no matter what I do:
- I checked internet speed test I have over 150 mbps and ping 10 ms.
- I join the lobby, have a ping of between 20 and 40 ms
- as soon as the game starts it ramps up to around 80 - 100 ms
- after a while it goes to around 200 ms. In a big team fight I get over 500 ms. Can't play at all.
- I reinstalled battlenet and w3. Same issue
- I reinstalled windows, battlenet and W3. Same issue
- I restarted the router several times. Same issue.
- I even tried to play on 4G connection (by sharing my phone's data connection). I still have ove 120 ms ping, unplayable.
- I am connected to WIFI an always played like that for the past 2.5 years since I moved to a new house/country and I always had under 30ms ping which was perfect.
Anyone has any ideas of what else I can try to find where the issue is?

My daughter woke up (nightmare) and I had to put her back to sleep again. It took 5-6 minutes and when I returned, somebody already kicked me for being afk for too long (although I said I will be afk for a while). 5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation. I have 1350+ games and never quit/go afk. I did alt tab to desktop and when it went back to the game, it just appeared like the game has ended..no proxy dropout, no warning nothing :| 5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation. I had magina, not a very good start, but starting to make money. Sometimes I get some small internet drops (around 5-6 seconds), but with Gproxy it reconnects automatically. However, last night, the internet completely dropped for more than 2 hours. 5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation. It was minute 7 from the game, I was playing Jakiro and was doing quite well, no deaths, 18 creeps killed, tower to less than half HP. I work during the day, and only play during night time. I never quit a game.
