rofl you can't be serious man, there is no situation whatsoever in a dota game where extra vision over the map is not useful, its even more useful when you are in a disadvantage over enemies. Don't try to make it look like it's intended, it's just another fucking bug that shouldn't be there along with numerous known other bugs too. The sad part is that you do nothing about it.

The minimum +5/-5 system was implemented for a short time, and it was nice. The only problem it had, was that it applied to easy mode games and literally any psr difference and some ppl abused it pretty hard.

So this system was alive for 1-2 months maybe, then it was changed back to what we have atm. This shows it shouldn't be that hard to code or whatever. All it needs is some fine tuning, maybe make it minimum +1/-1 and have that number increased based on the difference of the player's psr from the average.

I remember some years ago i read that the creator actually wanted to replace Goku with Gohan as 'main character' when Goku died in the beginning of DBZ, but the fans loved him and wanted him back so much, he changed his mind and listened to them instead. And yeah, GT sucked dry monkey balls
