even so I am eurobattle.net teamspeak server admin so any room you want can be created and channel admin can be given.
Some of us don't use TS, and almost everyone have skype installed. I'm not playing DotA at all but I would always speak with someone here about GFX section, programming, etc or just talking with someone about something and I wont install TS only because that, when I have skype, and almost all have it allready. If you don't have something smart to tell, DONT! We don't care about what r u saying!  GOGOGO Cr8 group!!

First of all they need to block all map hacks, then they can decide how to lock/disable someone to play DotA on this bot. It's not problem how to lock someone HDD,ID etc...The problems are developers of map hacks, they will always find a way to avoid mh detection, and after that your suggestion is usless.
It's good IDEA but first they need to find a way to block all map hacks.

First time, I saw DotA in caffe club. They needed one man to play 5v5, and I joined. Took mortred, buy boots after 20 minutes of game, 'only boots', and go into fight vs 5 of them  Rambo! That was couple years ago, 6 years I think.

They can make BAN tickets (for MH) at the top of the, with scrolling down... Your username - Ban username - Link of the game - Reason - Explanation - Quick write that, and send it. ( Before they write, it should BUMP some rules, which they need to follow and accept ) Admins, would have their options, to accept or refuse it. (accept ban/choose how long perma etc..) So none would have problems with where to go to ban user/how to ban user etc... A lot of options could be made, and a lot improvements can be done...
